Hi there! I'm Johan — a Bioinformatics student and software engineer based in Berlin. I'm interested in machine learning and in using computation to better understand biological systems.
I study Bioinformatics at LMU / TUM after beginning the degree at Freie Universität Berlin, and I graduated from 42 Tokyo's Software Engineering Program.
I'm especially interested in AI safety, computational neuroscience, computer vision for biological research, and the space where software engineering meets scientific discovery.
